1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@chargi.in with your order number and the reason for the return.
You will receive a Return Authorization Number (50) and instructions for returning the item.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will either issue a replacement or a full refund for the defective product.
7. Return Shipping
